You’re in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula wine region, with some of the most popular wineries in the area being just minutes away, including Polperro, Port Phillip Estate, Jackalope, Tedesca, Montalto, Dromana Estate, Trofeo Estate, Red Hill Estate and Yal Yal Estate. If you’re looking for something a little stronger, try the local distilleries like Jetty Road Brewery, JimmyRums, Johnny Ripe or Bass & Flinders which can all be found in Dromana.

• This property follows Airbnb's strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy
• This property is fitted with external cameras on the facade of the home and a front door camera, which is recording movements into and out of the home front door

Please note: Due to our high standard of holiday accommodation we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children. PENALTIES WILL APPLY TO GUESTS.

Local laws: We strictly follow laws set by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for short term stays.
1. Outdoor areas including swimming pools, spas, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11.00pm to 7.00am.
2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.

For non-Airbnb bookings, we charge a $500 bond which will be held and released 3-5 business days after checkout, subject to no identifiable loss or damage.
