And in 2022, we decided to build something that actually reflected what makes this place special — a curated collection of genuinely great homes, managed by people who know every suburb, every beach track, and the best coffee within walking distance of every property we list.

Locala started as a passion project and became a platform. Today we manage some of the Peninsula's most loved holiday homes, and we're proud that the experience guests have with us feels nothing like booking through a faceless app.
