Bedroom one (front room): Queen bed

Guest access

• Guests have full access to the entire home
• Driveway parking for up to 6 cars
• The garage is not available for parking, as it houses the table tennis table
• Entry is via steps up to the verandah

Surrounded by the quiet, family-friendly streets and hills of Mount Martha, with the village, beach and foreshore just a 5-minute drive away.

Mount Martha Beach is home to the Mount Martha Life Saving Club and the Peninsula's iconic colourful beach boxes, with calm water for families. Further along the esplanade, The Pillars offers dramatic rock formations and crystal-clear water.

Restaurants/Cafes
Mount Martha Village is full of local cafes, including South Beach Cafe by the water. A short drive away, Mornington's Main Street has plenty of dining, from casual coffee to long lunches by the harbour, and Martha Cove's marina restaurants are close by too.

Golf & Local Attractions
Mount Martha Public Golf Course is close by, along with the Mount Martha public tennis courts. Visit The Briars (8 min) for its historic homestead, wildlife sanctuary and bushland walking trails.

Wine Region
The Red Hill wine region is a scenic drive away. Try Ten Minutes by Tractor, Polperro, Port Phillip Estate, Montalto, Tedesca and Jackalope, then stop at Bass & Flinders Distillery for gin.

• The property has a noise-aware alarm which notifies the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud
• This property is fitted with an external camera at the front door, which records movement and audio into and out of the home

Please note: Due to our high standard of holiday accommodation we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children. PENALTIES WILL APPLY TO GUESTS.

Local laws: We strictly follow laws set by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for short term stays.
1. Outdoor areas including swimming pools, spas, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11:00pm to 7:00am.
2. Disturbances to neighbours, including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.

For non-Airbnb bookings, we charge a $1500 bond which will be held and released 3-5 business days after checkout, subject to no identifiable loss or damage.
