• This property is fitted with external cameras on the facade of the home, which are recording movements into and out of the home
• Any discounts given by locala to guests cannot be redeemed for dates during "peak periods" unless otherwise specified, including the months of December and January as well as Victorian school holidays and Victorian public holidays throughout the year
