Club and the Peninsula's iconic colourful beach boxes, is a 9-minute walk along the Esplanade. Further
along, The Pillars offers dramatic rock formations and crystal-clear water.

Restaurants/Cafes
Mount Martha Village is full of local cafes, including South Beach Cafe by the water. Mornington's Main
Street is 9 minutes away, with plenty of dining from casual coffee to long lunches by the harbour, and
Martha Cove's marina restaurants are close by too.

Visit The Briars (7 min) for its historic homestead, wildlife sanctuary and bushland walking trails. Mount

The Red Hill wine region is a scenic 16-minute drive. Try Ten Minutes by Tractor, Polperro, Port Phillip
Estate, Montalto and Jackalope, then stop at Bass & Flinders Distillery for gin.

• Included in the accommodation cost is firewood for one evening (approximately 6/8 logs of wood)
• Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood for the wood-fired pizza oven
• Infrared sauna: please use a sit towel, sweat towel and floor towel, and no wet feet on the floors
• Additional mid-stay cleaning can be provided upon request
• A pool service team may attend the property during your stay for a regular clean and service

• This property follows Airbnb's strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they

break this policy.

• The property has a noise-aware alarm which notifies the owner and guest if music is unreasonably

loud

• This property is fitted with an external camera at the front door, which records movement and audio

into and out of the home

1. Outdoor areas including swimming pools, spas, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used
between 11.00pm to 7.00am.
2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to
eviction and forfeiture of your bond.

For non-Airbnb bookings, we charge a $1000 bond which will be held and released 3-5 business days
after checkout, subject to no identifiable loss or damage.
