Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon.

Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. The perfect romantic retreat for two.

• Guests have access to the Seahouse Studio. Another guest home and residential home are located on the property. Both of which are inaccessible during your stay. Residents of these are sometimes staying on the property. You may see them from time to time.
• There is signage around the property, stating which areas are private.
• There is signage around the property, leading you to the direction of the beach access.
• We do not suggest staying at the property if you are using public transport or relying on food deliveries, we would suggest driving.
