• The pool is heated to 30 degrees Celsius when the insulated pool cover is on. In the freezing of winter, outside temperatures will naturally cause heat loss from the pool. This is different to a gas heated pool, which is able to maintain higher temperatures during colder weather.

• This property follows Airbnb's strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy
• The property has a noise-aware alarm, which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud
• This property is fitted with external cameras on the facade of the home, which is recording movements and audio into and out of the home
• Any discounts given by locala to guests cannot be redeemed for dates during "peak periods" unless otherwise specified, including the months of December and January as well as Victorian school holidays and Victorian public holidays throughout the year
