1. Outdoor areas including swimming pools, spas, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11.00pm to 7.00am.
2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.
Please note there are strictly no early check ins nor late check outs unless otherwise approved by the host.
For non-Airbnb bookings, we charge a $2,000 bond which will be held and released 3-5 business days after checkout, subject to no identifiable loss or damage.
