Backs onto the enchanting wilderness of the Arthurs Seat State Park with its wonderful bike and walking tracks. The Sanctuary is where relaxation, entertaining and adventure seamlessly blend.
*Our next door neighbour is currently in the process of building a new home on their property. There is currently no building noise, but the next door block isn't looking it's most neat and beautiful! You can't see next door except for when coming up our driveway, however we like to let our guests know before arriving.

Please note: Due to our high standard of holiday accommodation we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children. PENALTIES WILL APPLY TO GUESTS.

1. Outdoor areas including swimming pools, spas, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11.00pm to 7.00am.
2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.
For non-Airbnb bookings, we charge a $750 bond which will be held and released 3-5 business days after checkout, subject to no identifiable loss or damage.
