• The property has a noise-aware alarm which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud
• This property is fitted with an external camera on the facade of the home/front door which is recording movements into and out of the home
• Any discounts given by locala to guests cannot be redeemed for dates during "peak periods" unless otherwise specified, including the months of December and January as well as Victorian school holidays and Victorian public holidays throughout the year

*The pool is electric pump heated and sits at around 28 degrees year-round. High outside temperatures and the sun help the pool maintain this 28 degree temperature. In winter, the heating will be less effective, as the water temperature will be fighting against external cold temperatures.
