• The property has noise-aware alarms which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud
• This property is fitted with external cameras at the two entrances onto the property, which are recording movements into and out of the home.
• Included in the accommodation cost is firewood for one evening (approximately 6/8 logs of wood). Guests will need to purchase further firewood as required.
• Any discounts given by locala to guests cannot be redeemed for dates during "peak periods" unless otherwise specified, including the months of December and January as well as Victorian school holidays and Victorian public holidays throughout the year
• A pool service team may attend the property during your stay for a regular clean and service

For non-Airbnb bookings, we charge a $1000 bond which will be held and released 3-5 business days after checkout, subject to no identifiable loss or damage.
