2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.
For non-Airbnb bookings, we charge a $1500 bond which will be held and released 3-5 business days after checkout, subject to no identifiable loss or damage.
